Any orders, received prior to 12am can generally be delivered prior to 5pm the same day. However should you wish to order after this time, please call our friendly staff and in most cases we can accommodate late orders. We aim to deliver by 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Placing and Accepting Orders
Orders are unable to be dispatched until payment in full has been received and The Organic Florist is satisfied with the integrity of the order. The Organic Florist is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or product.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right not to provide goods and services, without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from exercising these rights.
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel an order, please contact The Organic Florist immediately. Once we have accepted an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unfortunately, re-sending will result in an additional fee.
If an item has been lost in transit, at times we cannot dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. ** Please read delivery guidelines above.

Good Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
The Organic Florist's main priority is your satisfaction. If you receive products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise an exchange for you. Please advise us immediately (Ph: 1300 062 222) and return damaged/faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt.
